Heart Help - Group Wairarapa
If you have heart disease, including atrial fibrillation, and are keen on more information and support then we'd love you to join our group. These sessions are designed to be what YOU want and need. Come and be a part of it with us!
When: (note: new time!) 1:30-2:30pm, every 3rd Weds of the month
Where: Wairarapa Community Centre, 41 Perry St. Masterton.
Discussion topics: a monthly forum to share stories and information with each other, and occasionally host, guests, to facilitate discussion on a particular topic, as chosen by the group (e.g. pharmacist, nurse, physician, dietitian ? YOU choose)
